We also specialize in AI agents, automation solutions, and enterprise software development.
What industries do you serve?
We serve a wide range of industries including Healthcare, Fintech, E-commerce, Education (EdTech), Non-Profit organizations, Marketing & AdTech, SaaS platforms, Logistics, Real Estate, and Manufacturing. Our team has deep expertise in building compliant solutions for regulated industries.
Where is BrainGenz located?
Our office is at 5th Floor, A1, 1 Sunrise Rd, Block H Valencia, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. The team works from there, and we deliver for clients across the United States, Europe and the Gulf. We set working hours to overlap with your time zone rather than claiming round-the-clock cover: for European clients that is most of your working day, and for the US west coast we hold a morning overlap.
How do I get started with BrainGenz?
Getting started is simple! Book a free consultation through our website, and we'll discuss your project requirements, goals, and timeline. After understanding your needs, we'll provide a detailed proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing options.
Project & Process
What is your development process?
Our development process consists of 6 phases: Discovery & Business Analysis, UI/UX Design, Development (using Agile/Scrum methodology), Quality Assurance, Deployment & Launch, and ongoing Support & Maintenance. We maintain transparency throughout with regular updates, sprint demos, and 24/7 project access via tools like Jira and Confluence.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary based on complexity. A simple MVP can take 2-3 months, while a complex enterprise application might take 6-12 months. During our initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed timeline based on your specific requirements and priorities.
How do you ensure project quality?
We maintain high quality through several practices: 80% senior-level engineers on every project, mandatory code reviews, automated testing in CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive QA including manual, automated, performance, and security testing, and adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
What methodologies do you use?
We primarily use Agile methodologies - Scrum for projects with defined sprints (2-4 weeks) and Kanban for continuous delivery workflows. We adapt our approach based on project needs, always maintaining flexibility while ensuring predictable delivery.
Pricing & Engagement
What are your pricing models?
We offer four engagement models: Time & Material (flexible scope, hourly billing), Fixed Budget (agreed budget with scope flexibility), Fixed Price (defined scope and cost), and Dedicated Team (monthly team allocation). Each model suits different project types and client preferences.
How much does a typical project cost?
Project costs vary widely based on complexity, features, and timeline. Simple applications start around $10,000-$25,000, while complex enterprise solutions can range from $50,000 to $500,000+. We provide detailed estimates after understanding your specific requirements during the discovery phase.
Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. Retainers cover bug fixes, performance work, feature enhancements and keeping dependencies current. Automated monitoring and alerting run continuously; the people responding to those alerts work weekday hours, and if your system needs cover outside them we will agree that explicitly rather than imply it.
Can I scale my team up or down?
Absolutely. Our engagement models are designed for flexibility. With our Dedicated Team or Time & Material models, you can easily scale resources up or down based on project phases and changing requirements.
Technology & Security
What technologies do you work with?
Our tech stack includes: AI/ML (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Frontend (React, Next.js, Vue.js, TypeScript), Backend (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, .NET), Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes), Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Vector DBs), and Mobile (React Native, Flutter, iOS, Android).
How do you ensure data security?
Security is built into every project from day one. We follow secure coding practices, implement industry-standard encryption, conduct security testing, and build to the technical requirements of frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR and SOC 2. To be clear about what that does and does not mean: BrainGenz does not currently hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification as a company, and certification of a finished system is established with your own auditors. We will complete your security questionnaire and sign a data processing agreement before any engagement begins.
Do you provide source code ownership?
Yes, you retain full ownership of all source code, documentation, and intellectual property developed for your project. We provide complete handover including all repositories, documentation, and deployment configurations.
Can you work with our existing technology stack?
Yes, we're experienced in working with diverse technology stacks and can integrate with your existing systems. Whether you need to modernize legacy applications, build new features, or create integrations, we adapt to your technical environment.
Communication & Collaboration
How do you communicate during projects?
We maintain open communication through multiple channels: dedicated project managers, regular video calls (daily standups for Agile projects), real-time messaging (Slack/Teams), project management tools (Jira/Confluence), and detailed weekly/monthly reports. You'll have 24/7 visibility into project progress.
What time zones do you work in?
The team is based in Lahore, Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5). We schedule a daily overlap with your working hours rather than expecting you to work around us. That is a full working-day overlap with Europe and the Gulf, and a morning overlap with the US east and west coasts. Meeting times are agreed at kickoff and held to.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes, every project has a dedicated project manager who serves as your primary point of contact. They handle day-to-day communication, coordinate between teams, and ensure your project stays on track. You'll also have direct access to technical leads when needed.
