The terms covering use of this website. Client work is governed by a signed agreement, not by this page.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of www.braingenz.com. They do not govern any project we deliver for you.
That distinction matters, so it is stated plainly: if we work together, a separate written agreement covers scope, price, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties and liability. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins. Nothing on this website varies a contract you have signed with us.

Using the site
You may read, share and quote this site freely, including in commercial contexts, provided the quotation is accurate and attributed to BrainGenz with a link to the source page.
You may not:
- Present our content as your own, or republish it in full without permission.
- Use the site to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to probe, scan or test it without our written consent.
- Submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to send.
- Impersonate BrainGenz or any of our people, including in outbound messages.
On automated access: crawling for search or AI indexing is welcome, and our robots.txt says so explicitly. Scraping at a volume that degrades the site for other visitors is not.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to BrainGenz or are used with permission. Client names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here with permission or as accurate factual reference.
Code samples published in our articles are provided for illustration and you may use them freely, without warranty.
Accuracy of what we publish
We take care to be accurate, and we write about technology that changes quickly. Articles reflect our view at the time of publication, technical guidance may age, and figures quoted about third-party products should be verified against current documentation before you rely on them.
Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a client relationship. If you want advice about your circumstances, contact us and we will discuss it properly.
Where we describe delivered work, we describe it accurately - including saying plainly when we have not worked in a sector. Where a metric belongs to a client's programme rather than to our delivery, we label it as theirs.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not commit either of us to anything, and any estimate given before a scoping exercise is indicative rather than an offer. Work begins when there is a signed agreement.
Third-party links
We link to external sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and make no promise that it always will be. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. No service level applies to this website; service levels for client work live in the relevant agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not remove protections available to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Governing law for client projects is set in the project agreement and is frequently not this one.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
