Common questions

Do you build marketing technology, or run marketing campaigns?

We build the technology. Campaign strategy, media buying and creative are not what we do, and we will refer that work rather than pretend otherwise. What we build is the platform underneath: attribution, reporting, automation, integrations between the tools a marketing team already runs, and increasingly AI features inside them.

Can you integrate the platforms we already use?

Yes. Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo and the analytics stack all expose APIs, and connecting them is routine. The genuinely hard part is not the connection - it is that every platform defines a conversion slightly differently, so the totals never match. Deciding which definition is authoritative is a business decision we surface rather than make silently in code.

Why does our reporting never reconcile with the ad platforms?

Because each platform counts what it can see, with its own attribution window, and self-reported numbers are structurally generous. Ad platforms are grading their own work. The fix is a single warehouse where events are counted once with your definitions, then treating the platform numbers as inputs rather than truth.

Have you delivered in this space?

Yes - we built for Advanced Agent Marketing, and can walk through the integration and reporting architecture. It is a useful project to discuss because it involved exactly the reconciliation problem above.
